  • JAN 23 Saturday – Winter Rod and Speed Show – Albany Fairgrounds 9am- 9pm Activities include a Car Show, Raffle, Live Auction, Food, and Family fun. Last year we raised over $9000. This years recipient is a young girl who has cancer and not expected to survive. We are raising money to make life a little easier and outstanding medical bills.
  • MAY IS NATIONAL BBQ MONTH -come celebrate @ the restaurant. We will have daily specials, giveaways, and music. FUN FUN FUN!!! All Month Long
  • MAY 3 - Drew Carney From KGW TV will be hosting live from Adam’s Rib Smokehouse to celebrate National BBQ Month.
  • MAY 13 - SHOW BIZ -Salem’s Premier Business Trade Show @the Oregon State Fair Grounds in the Jacmkan Long Building. see link
  • May 21 - Roland Fields Family Fundraiser - 5:30 - 7:30 at the Salem Evangelical Church. $12.50 buys you a Fabulous BBQ dinner catered by Adam's Rib Smokehouse, Silent Auction and many ways to give to the family. Roland Fields has terminal cancer and will leave his wife and two children behind. Donations will help provide for the family.

  • AUG 27 - AUG 29 Friday - Sunday  - Oregon State Fair, BBQ and Brew Restaurants from all over Oregon offer spectacular food at minimal prices. Hand crafted beer from local Breweries.  Live music- food-beer and fun
  • Sept 3 - The Night of Fire Returns @ Salem Evangelical Church. 3- 10pm Activities includes a Car Show, Raffle, Live Auction, Food, and Family fun. Adam's Rib will be providing concessions and all proceeds go to the recipient. Last year we raised over $7000. Recipient for 2010 is still to be determined.
  • SEPT 11 – Dine Out For Troops – 10% of sales go to Operation Santa to send gifts/supplies over to the troops
  • SEPTEMBER 16-19 -Mount Angel Oktoberfest – Adam’s Rib provides concessions for the car show, craft pavilion and spectators

  • NOV. 24 THANKSGIVING FEED-Every Thanksgiving we (along with Dynamic Life, First Baptist Church and many volunteers) feed hundreds (over 800 last year) of homeless at First Baptist Church, Read Opera House and under the bridge.
  • DEC 3 – DINE OUT FOR YOUTH-10% of sales go to help troubled youth in the community
  • DEC 11 – FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS PARADE-Adam’s Rib takes to the streets for the holiday parade. Partnering up with Willamette Valley Vineyards and Seven Brides Brewery. Candle light table seating to watch the parade with BBQ and Wine/Brew.
